Treasury System Analyst Jobs

Position Type:9 to 12 Month Contract

Location:Toronto, ON (Remote)

Our client, a leading global entertainment company, is currently seeking a Treasury System Analystto join their team for a 9 to 12 month contract engagement. Reporting into the Treasury Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of a new treasury management system. This includes configuring modules, setting up dashboards and reports, developing SOPs, managing data, and troubleshooting errors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs checks of services set-up prior to going live.
• Support UAT testing.
• Assist in set-up and creation of treasury dashboard, reports, visuals withing treasury management system.
• Trouble shoot import errors.
• Assist in developing new standard operating procedures around treasury operations and administration.
• Train internal finance teams on treasury management services being implemented.
• Ensure proper documentation is obtained and/or created for purposes of setup and future audit.
• Support configuration of modules within context of treasury operations.
• Compile data, clean-up data and perform data import.
• Support project planning and implementation of treasury management system.

Requirements:

• Strong organization skills
• Working Knowledge of treasury operations
• 1+ year of Treasury Management experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly adaptable, ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests.
