Lead the monthly management reporting process and presentation of financial results to executive team and other key stakeholders.

Knowledge of BPC, Oracle, SAP, Thor and experience working in a GDW environment are a plus

Ability to work with complex concepts, analyze data, draw conclusions, make recommendations while using judgment, experience, and industry knowledge

Develop value add capabilities to enhance reporting and insights into performance drivers including Volume, Mix, Pricing, etc.

Full cycle accounting experience and managing a small Finance team

Strong communication skills and able to converse with non-Finance people

Managing a Finance team of 3 staff and review the work of staff for bank & GL account reconciliations

Experience collecting revenue from multiple clients and overseeing payroll

Experience with the preparation of a Review Engagement working paper file.

Experience with UKG payroll software would be very beneficial

2-3 years of accounting, finance, or related experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, or related discipline

Professional Accounting/Finance designation or actively pursuing is an asset (CFA, CPA)

Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong organizational skills and a strong sense of urgency

2+ years' of professional experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry

Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in the corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions or private equity areas.

Relevant experiences in structured finance and/or business cases and/or mergers and acquisitions are assets.

Ability to effectively communicate with upper management, colleagues, customers and financial institution.

Review all contract clauses for commercial/financial documents and make recommendations such that CAE's risk is minimized and customer's requirements are met.

University degree; Finance/Accounting/Business background. MBA/M.Sc. is an asset.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and accounting principles.

2-3 years of accounting, finance, or related experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, or related discipline

5, take the responsibilities for tax compliance, treasury risk management, sales financing, and other related finance work.

4. Strong knowledge of accounting, good communications with business management team and HQ operating manage team.

5. Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft excel, SAP experience is preferred.
