Demonstrated project management skills and proven skills to deliver to time, cost and quality

Extensive experience of Quality Systems and Quality Management, including process definition and process improvement, ideally within an Information Systems environment

Service Management experience. Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management (ITIL)

Experience in the development and management of Business Process to deliver business performance

Experience in working successfully and collaboratively with external partners (vendors) delivering mutual benefit

PowerBI reports/dashboards certification and experience

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify appropriate implementation approaches including organizational change management requirements

1 year of experience working in information technology operations such as application or infrastructure support

A post-secondary degree in a relevant technology or health information system related field from an accredited education institution

Support the implementation of assigned digital health solutions from within the established healthcare enterprise architecture throughout the province

Track and document the scope, budget, schedules and resources for digital solutions

5 years of influencing key stakeholders including senior management and managing assigned vendor contracts for outsourced clinical digital systems and solutions.

Have demonstrated experience creating operational service delivery models to meet service commitments and ensuring client satisfaction

Integrated Health including supporting digital clinical systems for acute, tertiary and community health services.

Ancillary Programs including supporting digital clinical systems for diagnostics and specialty care health services.

Connected Care including providing virtual and integrated access tools to support the delivery of health services Manitoba-wide.
