Our legal and procurement team makes an impact every day by delivering end-to-end commercial and legal support to our business units, helping them find goods and services from external vendors and agreement to the terms for the goods and services.


How You Will Make An Impact.


Reporting to the Manager Sales Travel and Entertainment, a sales Travel and Entertainment Analyst is responsible for gathering all travel and entertainment expenses for the Wholesalers and entering them into Concur and Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner.


What You Will Do


  • Prepare and remit monthly travel and entertainment expense reports on behalf of the Sales teams
  • Build monitoring and trending reports
  • Build effective relationships with the Sales teams to get work done in a professional, cooperative, and efficient manner
  • Collaborate between the sales teams and other internal departments
  • Provide support to Manager, Sales Travel and Entertainment


What We’re Looking For


  • More than 3 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment
  • Completion of CIFC (Canadian Investment Funds Course) or CSC (Canadian Securities course) is an asset
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
  • Completion of post-secondary education
  • Experience in the financial services/mutual fund industry is an asset


Expertise You Bring


  • Strong knowledge of computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player or work independently and with various individuals from different business units
  • Knowledge of NI 81-105 is an asset
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset.
  • Excellent writing, oral communication, and analytical skills
