Mission


The primary function of this role is to sell LeBoat products for North America including primarily the USA and Canada but may be required to support other markets. You will also support the sales and marketing departments in the development of Le Boat products.


What you will do:


  • Establish customer contact via phone/email to process and convert booking inquiries into sales.
  • Educate customers about our product before booking.
  • Participate in the administrative part (taking customer payments by phone, bank transfer, reminders, and debtors).
  • Record customer data by new GDPR.
  • Respond to customer inquiries (booking, brochures) promptly and go through them every day.
  • Build quotes within our process and communicate them to customers.
  • Perform in line with revenue goals.
  • Call back customers and follow up on the offer.
  • Use Talkdesk and HubSpot as needed.
  • Participate in any project related to the Sales & Marketing department.
  • Record options and check the confirmation of options on time.
  • Advise customers of any changes before or after booking (e.g., inventory changes).
  • Engage and establish trust with clients and travel agents.
  • Update customer data in CRM and booking system.


Skills required:


  • Outstanding verbal and written communicator with strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility.
  • PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Knowledge of European geography.
  • Phenomenal teammate.
  • Previous sales experience in the tourism industry.
  • Autonomous.
  • Able to prioritize tasks.
  • Multifaceted, hardworking, and proactive.
  • Highly organized and encouraging deadlines.
  • Autonomous.
  • Excellent English skills are important.
