As a Inside Sales/ Customer Service representative you will be responsible for managing all daily customer service activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage projects
• Answers calls professionally, listens attentively to the customers, understands and fulfils their needs
• Responds to the customer's inquiries in a timely manner
• Drive sales growth through , product promotion, generate leads thru phone calls, emails or in person sales calls
• Research product for customers and provide recommendations on our diverse assortment of products
• Enter and expedite orders
• Navigate and find solutions for customer concerns
• Required to stay current on new products and take part in regular training sessions

What we are looking from you:

• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent; College Diploma, University Degree, or Electrical/Technologist trade experience an asset
• Positive attitude and results oriented mindset
• Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity
• Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computers with a strong attention to detail
