The inside sales support responsibilities include contacting potential customers, providing quotes, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and supporting outside sales reps.

A successful inside sales support has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of driving a sale.

Inside sales Support Responsibilities:

• Provide support and generate quotes for outside sales reps.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• Processing of samples and brochures as required.
• Answering customers' questions on the products.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone, face to face and virtual
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
