Account Manager, Inside Sales

The Opportunity

Resume Target, an industry leader in professional resume writing, is looking to hire an Account Manager (Inside Sales) to their growing sales division. The position requires the incumbent to be responsible for selling, promoting, and advocating the company’s resume writing and career transition services to prospective customers. As an Account Manager (Inside Sales), the incumbent will be handling incoming calls (with no cold calling required) and will report directly to the Director of Sales.

Accountabilities

• Monitor and capture all relevant information via CRM to track opportunities and calls
• Meet daily KPIs and can manage up to 50 calls per day
• Promote and sell professional resume writing services based on the customer’s unique specific qualifications and needs
• Maximize customer engagement and experience by collaborating with the support team and follow proper procedures when addressing client inquiries
• Manage high-quality incoming inquiries and calls
• Work with new clients to manage the full onboarding process and registration

Requirements

• Pass success in a high-volume call center environment
• Strong listening skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in an inside sale and or high-volume call center environment
• University degree is preferred
• Ability to be successful in a dynamic, flexible, and continually changing environment
