The Senior Inside Sales (Canada) will serve as the Westinghouse Parts Business Inside Sales Lead for customers for the Canada and global CANDU markets. In this position, the individual will serve as the Westinghouse Parts Business (WPB) primary customer contact for nuclear utilities by supporting sales while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. The Individual will have responsibility for cross-discipline decision making that includes the areas of customer interface, engineering, pricing, and supply chain. To help achieve business growth targets, the Individual will coordinate with outside sales managers to track and manage standard sales opportunities as well as identify new or non-traditional opportunities in both current and growing markets.
This opportunity is open to Remote candidate across Canada. Ideal/preferable candidates, though, are based in the greater Toronto, ON region.

Your Day To Day
- Interface with internal Westinghouse organizations to resolve customer delivered deficiencies and support invoice resolution.
- Develop and process customer quotations and orders for standard parts/products using Pega and SAP software/database interfaces.
- Prepare, review, edit, and assist in compilation of various reports relevant to customer satisfaction and internal metrics. Prepare special reports as required with observations, trends, and recommendations to management.
- Working with outside sales management, implement strategic initiatives and identify growth opportunities based on customer interactions, product knowledge, and sales history.
- Other duties as assigned with the goal to improve customer relationship and Westinghouse strategic initiatives
- Support customers by meeting deliverable dates and providing 24/7 emergency support. Prepare for, coordinate, and execute customer site visits in support of Westinghouse products and services to strengthen customer relationships.
- Implement strategic initiatives using identified growth opportunities based on customer interactions, product knowledge, and sales history.
- Manage the forecasting for regional order entry within both the Microsoft D365 and PowerBI platforms.
- Lead or support the development of larger commercial offers by reviewing customer specifications, identifying technical and commercial issues, and generating quotes with valid pricing and lead times.
- Strong data administration skills including experience with Microsoft Office. (Enterprise Resource Planning, specifically Pega and SAP are beneficial)
- Experience with contract review, interpretation, negotiation and amendment as needed.
- Proven sales experience preferred.
- Ideal candidate will have Project Management and Professional Engineering certifications
- 5+ years of Sales, Supply chain, Commercial Offer Development, Proposal Development, or related experience
- Knowledge of applicable technical products and services.
- Project management experience a plus
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills required.
- Working knowledge of database platforms (SAP or Pega are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, engineering, or supply chain preferred)
- Knowledge of business concepts and business acumen.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple internal and external stakeholders with competing priorities.
