About Cascadia Motivation
Before founding Cascadia Motivation, our ownership group was involved in the manufacturing and distribution industry, where we used various incentives within our own business for our customers and employees.
In so doing, we learned first-hand the value of incentive-based programs in building business relationships and motivating people.
We began to ask ourselves: If this works for us, wouldn’t it work for other companies? Could we help them use our methods to get the results we did?
In 1984, we began to answer that question by founding Cascadia Motivation (then called Carlson Tours and Incentive Travel Ltd.). Since then we have continuously innovated and grown, becoming a trusted leader within our industry.
Unlike in larger corporations, Cascadia’s principals are actively and personally involved in the business. This hands-on management style allows us to create one-of-a-kind programs. We bring over 100 years of combined experience in the performance improvement industry to every client we serve.
Cascadia Motivation is a privately held corporation registered in the province of Alberta. We serve companies across Canada and the United States.
At Cascadia Motivation, we offer challenging and rewarding career opportunities. Our culture is built on professional excellence, collaboration, innovation, thought leadership, and entrepreneurialism.
We are Canada's leading sustainable corporate event and incentive management company. We have planned and executed events in over 95 counties since our founding 39 years ago. We're the first incentive planning company in Canada to achieve the prestigious Event Sustainability Management Systems Certificate ISO 20121:2012.
