Job Description
On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Digital Operation Manager.


Digital Operation Manager –


  • Triage incoming support issues
  • Manage agency relationships with digital partners
  • Analyze and improve digital operations processes
  • Monitor and optimize site content and campaigns
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns
  • Implement streamlined processes to increase operational efficiency
  • Standardize and operationalize channel reporting
  • Collect and analyze marketing data to provide insights
  • Oversee workload assignments and pipeline of day-to-day work
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track metrics and campaign performance

Digital Operation Manager – Mandatory Skills


  • Understanding of digital platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with CRM and automation platforms, as well as analytics tools and dashboards
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

Digital Operation Manager – Nice to Have Skills


  • Product knowledge around investments
