: Field Operations and Logistics Coordinator
Location: Ontario, Canada
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Field Operations and Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Ontario, Canada. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of field operations and logistics, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks related to packaging, equipment setup, document handling, and package deliveries. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
1. Packaging and Logistics:
- Oversee packaging-related tasks, ensuring that products are packaged securely and efficiently.
- Coordinate the logistics of packaging materials and supplies to various locations as needed.
- Maintain inventory of packaging materials and reorder supplies as required.
2. Bank Documents Handling:
- Manage the collection, organization, and safekeeping of bank documents in accordance with company protocols.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to ensure timely and accurate handling of documents.
3. Equipment Setup and Pickup:
- Coordinate the setup and pickup of equipment from various locations.
- Ensure that equipment is properly set up and in good working condition before delivery.
4. Client Package Deliveries:
- Execute timely and accurate delivery of packages to clients across the designated area.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
5. Vehicle Management:
- Utilize your own vehicle to perform the designated tasks.
- Company will cover fuel and maintenance expenses for the vehicle.
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean and presentable condition at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges in the field.
- Prior experience in logistics, operations, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
