It Network Operation Specialist

Job Requirements-

Experience:

*10+ years of solid hands-on relevant experience on Wired and Wireless technologies including Routing/Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancing, Cloud, SD-WAN, QoS, VoIP, Optical, DHCP, DNS,Monitoring Tools, CDN, etc.

*Expert level trace analysis skills are a must

*Experience supporting a large and complex network environment, preferably with adequate operational hands-on experience

*Experience in exploring and implementing automation for Proactive monitoring and reducing incident resolution time.

Important note: *Flexible with on call & rotation and shift timing

Important Skills:

*Adept at analyzing network traces to identify root cause quickly.

*An operations mind set is a must in order to be able to quickly identify and fix the issue and then tirelessly pursue fixing the root cause with other teams as necessary so that future incidents are avoided.

*This would result in better customeroutcomes, which are critical for us to be a better bank.

*Supervisory as well as Sr. Consulting type skills are necessary for this role so queue management can be performed if and when needed, also to direct other colleagues towards resolution.

*Deep technical knowledge for platforms and the way applications interact with the network are a must.

*The technical skills need to be wide and deep.
