We are looking for a IT Administrator who will be responsible for the administration and support of information technology (IT) systems and workflows that enable Kinsta’s team members to work efficiently in a remote environment. The goal of the IT Administrator is to ensure that Kinsta’s team members have access to critical IT systems, and are provided with exceptional and timely support. The IT Administrator will report to the Head of IT.



What You Will Do
  • Configure and support Kinsta’s mobile device management systems on all Kinsta-owned equipment
  • Help with the deployment and implementation of IT projects and initiatives
  • Assist Kinsta team members globally with support needs and guide them towards the most effective use of the technology tools at their disposal
  • Manage the delivery, repair, replacement, and retrieval of Kinsta-owned laptops and other Kinsta-owned IT equipment
  • Make sure the onboarding and offboarding of Kinsta team members is completed appropriately from an IT standpoint
What You Bring To The Table


  • You are a keen learner and develop skills
  • You have strong knowledge of macOS Mobile Device Management (Mosyle, Kandji, Fleetsmith, or Jamf), as well as Windows and Linux systems
  • You have excellent customer support skills and work well with people
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of prior experience in an IT role with responsibility for supporting Apple hardware and administering macOS systems
  • You communicate really well and a proficient English-speaker
