It Technician / Jr. System Engineer

CDC Computers, a recognized leader in the IT industry, is seeking a highly motivated Junior Systems Engineer / IT Support Technician to join our team. This position not only involves providing top-tier technical support but also incorporates a sales element, focusing on lead generation.
Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
• Maintain and upgrade systems as needed.
• Provide prompt and efficient support to all users.
• Assist with the configuration, installation, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring client satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads to drive sales.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quotas and objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of the English language, demonstrating a high level of accuracy, clarity, and articulation in both written and verbal communication.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning.
• Strong sales skills, with the ability to identify potential leads and cultivate customer relationships.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not required.
• A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in IT systems, network configurations, and software troubleshooting.
