We are looking for a vibrant Junior HVAC Engineer who's hungry to learn, ready to tackle challenges, and excited to play a crucial role in our foundational journey.

What We Expect from You:

• Ability to navigate the unique challenges and rapid pivots of a startup scene.
• 1-3 years hands-on experience in thermal systems, focusing on HVAC design.
• Insight into optimizing airflow, noise mitigation, and refrigeration cycles.
• Solid grasp of heat transfer analysis, CFD, and thermal FEA.
• Strong belief in teamwork, collaboration, and collective vision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related territory.
• A burning desire to champion sustainable tech and make real-world differences.

Your Role with Us:

• Leverage Onshape for cohesive CAD endeavors, pushing the boundaries of design.
• Lead traditional and software-aided thermal analysis pursuits to perfect our components.
• Spearhead validation tests, ensuring our engineering vision translates to tangible results.
• Commit to a journey of continuous learning, ensuring Kelvins stays ahead of the curve.
• Engage closely with a multidisciplinary team, from Product Development to Operations, fostering an atmosphere of innovation.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and overcome system-based challenges.
• Dive into the design and fine-tuning of our revolutionary hydronic thermal grid systems.
