We're looking for a Technology & Information Services (TIS) Business Relationship Manager to provide strategic leadership and act as a trusted advisor to our Energy Services (ES) and Storage and Transmission Operations (STO) group. In this role, you will work jointly with internal partners in understanding the Company's strategic goals and enabling the technology to drive the organization's objectives forward.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop the Long-Range plans and secure the associated TIS capital, operational budget and resources.
• Lead a team comprised of Enterprise Architects, Portfolio Architects and Business Solution Architects.
• Ensure the full delivery of TIS value to STO and ES by nurturing high level relationships, sensing opportunities, selling the value of TIS in delivering business solutions, and monitoring technological adoption and metrics.
• Develop and implement digital strategy and solutions that will enable the ES and STO groups to grow and deliver natural gas safely, reliably and productively.
• Lead the execution, sustainment and adoption of complex and robust programs and projects in alignment with the technology roadmaps.
• Manage TIS service delivery costs and rational application portfolios by eliminating redundant applications.
• In partnership with the Energy Services and STO team, develop a multiyear technology roadmap aligned with Enbridge's overall strategic priorities.

Who You Are
You will bring the following combination of education and experience:

• A university degree or technical diploma in computer science, business or engineering.
• Responds resourcefully to change, works constructively under pressure, and encourages change towards improvement.
• Ability to explain technology concepts and issues in a manner that is understandable to various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership role managing physical and online teams.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible and related experience.
• Effectively balance and weigh competing priorities and settle on an appropriate course of action independently.
• Effective communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, analytical, influential, leadership, innovative, relationship management and team building skills.
• Ability to engage with a wide range of management levels through the enterprise coupled with a strong desire to resolve technical and business related issues.

The Following Would Be An Asset

• Familiarity with Enbridge's gas storage facility or had prior experience with gas storage facilities.
• Knowledge of the Company's gas management, supply, nomination, and large volume billing processes.
