| Your challenges ?

As a Business Manager at TMC, your role is to strive for operational excellence in the following areas :

• Management of your team of consultants (career management, follow-up and coaching).
• Management and development of your entity ;
• Financial Management :
• Development and retention of your customers ;
• Business Development :
• Negotiation and contractualization of won projects.
• Definition of your commercial strategy and its implementation ;
• Identification and recruitment of future Employees who will join your team.
• People Management :
• Recruitment :
• Administering your profit center autonomously.

To ensure your success and facilitate your start-up, you will also participate in a training session at our head office in the Netherlands.

| What do we expect from you ?

The minimum required skills necessary for this role :

• You have a minimum of 2 years commercial experience within a consulting company or a recruitment agency ;
• You are familiar with the canadian market, its economic environment, its actors and the principals ;
• You have a strong appetite for prospecting and business development (cold-calling ...) ;
• You are a graduate of a Bac +5 (University, business school or engineering school) ;
• You speak fluent in English & French.

• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you like to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team ;
• You are organized and rigorous, you are a force of proposal as well at the level of the commercial management as of the management ;
• You are open-minded and dynamic, you are a go-getter and you have a sense of challenge.
