About Our client: Our client is an entrepreneurial and growing fashion and apparel organization.
Position Scope:
As part of our client’s continued growth, they are expanding their sales team. They are looking for a motivated, high performing sales individual who prides themselves on nurturing and developing client accounts with exceptional service.
This position is based in office 3 days a week in North York
Responsibilities:
- Work in close partnership with the Business Development Director to continue to nurture and develop customer accounts for repeat orders
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure inventory, lead time, etc.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction including follow up on customer orders
- Capture replenishment orders
- Obtain after-sale information from customer
· Develop a deep understanding of the company’s market and industry
- Receive and process customer order inquiries
- Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients in a professional manner
- Effectively use technology-based Customer Relationship Management tool for lead follow up, sales cycle disposition, pipeline management, forecasting and lost opportunity tracking. Keeps comprehensive and accurate notes in the system.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated, energetic, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Results driven and willingness to provide superior customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- CRM knowledge (Experience with Pipedrive preferred)
- Proven track record in the design and implementation of effective sales strategies
- Strong attention to detail, organization and multi-tasking skills
Education and Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and nurturing existing accounts
- Minimum of 3 years’ in attracting and nurturing customer relationships
- Documented strong track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the world of retail, fashion and apparels is an asset
- Undergraduate degree or diploma is highly preferred
