Production Project Manager Jobs

Our client is high end manufacturer of hobby products and we're seeking a Project Scheduler to oversee the manufacturing production timelines and processes of their products. In this role, you will manage multiple product roadmaps, collaborate with the Executive Team and Product Managers, and ensure efficient workflow using Excel and MS Project. Effective coordination and communication skills are essential for success in this crucial role, as the Project Scheduler will work closely with various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities Include

• Staying informed about upcoming product launches and shipments,
• Developing and maintaining project management plans, managing scope, schedule, risks, and resources, and becoming proficient in MS Project Cloud.
• Understanding the business, products, and production timelines,

The Project Scheduler will also have daily debriefs with the COO, follow relevant SOPs, conduct post-project reviews, and actively participate in project management and PR meetings.
Requirements For This Position Include

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities,
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,
• At least 5 years of project coordination or management experience (preferably in a design/manufacturing environment),
• Meticulous record-keeping skills,
