JOB DESCRIPTION:

The PROJECT MANAGER will work with the team to manage existing and new projects for the company.Responsible for contract negotiation and tactical supervision of subcontractors of all disciplines, commodities, supplies, equipment and services to be used by the organization, in coordination with the estimating and design departments.

This position requires a detailed oriented person with excellent knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft products.PMP credentials is preferred and construction experience is mandatory.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Review and revamp all contract ●Ensure all project specific agreements and purchase orders,meet the project needs in terms of delivery, service, quality and cost.

●Ensure all contract agreements are fully inclusive of all scope of work and wherever preferable

●Add or consolidate scope while eliminating any exposure of risk in terms of contract content

and terms.

●Identify and act on problems and concerns by either party, resolving to mutual satisfaction by

all.

●Cost-savings budgeting and targeting.

●Proactively liaise with project teams and other internal departments as necessary.
