About The Opportunity…


As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to selling vehicles and providing customer excellence. Specifically:


  • Act as the liaison between the dealership and the customer during the process of buying a new or pre-owned vehicle
  • Create and execute compelling sales pitches
  • Present and describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits; pricing
  • Perform vehicle road test-drive with customers to demonstrate the vehicle
  • Sell vehicles in an attempt to achieve volume and gross profit targets
  • Overcome purchasing and pricing objections


About You…


Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in sales, including:


  • Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
  • Driver’s License and clean Drivers Abstract
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • A proven commitment to quality of work
  • A desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • OMVIC license in good standing
  • Strong ability to communicate confidently and professionally (verbally and written)
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proven experience as successful sales professional in the automotive retail industry
