You are a creative problem solver with a sharp attention to detail and a knack for creating impactful content pieces across different mediums and channels. You also have a talent for content distribution and can find effective ways of attracting engagement and building audiences through organic and paid strategies. You can see the big picture and can also apply your expertise into events, PR and other marketing channels.

What You'll Be Doing
- Create and own Cardata’s social media channel strategy to reach target audiences on platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Quora, Reddit and others
- Strategize with broader growth team on themes and relevant content to maximize efforts such as SEO, ABM and SEM campaigns
- Occasionally support PR and media projects by writing press releases, working with journalists and developing story ideas
- Develop your expertise in Cardata customer profiles to inform content distribution and increase engagement
- Plan, write, execute and optimize social media content to build brand awareness and community for the Cardata brand
- Research online communities and new platforms where our personas are active to expand Cardata’s reach and engagement
- Develop relationships with influencers and select audience members to strengthen brand reach and authenticity
- Build distribution plans for paid and organic content to reach audiences and grow the respective communities
- Leverage internal SME stakeholders to scale content creation in the form of videos, webinars, article and more
- Manage all virtual and in-person community building initiatives, such as our marquee trade show event in October, to build the Cardata community
- Create and optimize platform-native content such as video, image, text, webinar, podcast and share on relevant channels in a fast-paced cadence
- Perfect written and verbal (including on-camera) communication skills, ability to edit and proofread work with fine attention to detail; applying accurate product and target market knowledge to all content
- Proven community management experience including channel strategy, content planning and creation, reporting and managing responses
- An intellectual mind with positive attitude who can deliver projects and initiatives by prioritizing and multitasking in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- 4-6 years experience in community management and/or brand marketing or similar
- Strong influential skills to gain alignment across senior leadership while exercising discretion in confidential matters
- Experience in customer segmentation and analysis
- Visual media knowledge with ability to work in video editing software to cut and edit light video content
- HubSpot, Canva, Adobe skills an asset
