Brand Manager Responsibilities:

• Translate the brand strategy into impactful marketing initiatives and packaging.
• Forecast product demand and recommend necessary adjustments.
• Drive the growth of our corporate brand by leveraging market insights and identifying opportunities.
• Execute marketing tactics that align with our goals and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in aligning their efforts with the brand strategy.
• Collaborate with franchisees to improve operations and drive sales.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to the senior management team.
• Effectively communicate and educate the organization on our brand's vision, mission, and strategies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ways to enhance our products.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols and standards.
• Develop a compelling long-term vision and strategy to optimize the performance of our brand.

Brand Manager Qualifications

• Expertise in brand building, marketing, and brand management.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in managing franchisee/franchisor relationships at a senior level.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in leading social media initiatives.
• Preferred experience in the retail or restaurant industry.
• Customer-focused mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Deep understanding of consumer targeting and equity development.
• Ability to provide clear and strategic direction.
