Job Description

We are seeking a General Manager to join a truly iconic Winnipeg restaurant brand!


As the store's General Manager, you'll play a crucial role in scaling the company's growth by managing the daily operations at their corporate-owned store that skill-certifies all new franchisees!


This is a unique opportunity with a path to becoming Head of Operations on the organization's corporate team.


Note: This is an on-site position and therefore only open to candidates in the Winnipeg area



Qualifications

  • Cash-out and scheduling experience
  • Experience working/training in a commercial kitchen setting
  • Valid lass 5 driver's license and daily access to a vehicle
  • Open to working flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays etc (when needed)
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong work ethic & ability to carry out tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer experience
