Position Summary
Reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Specialist, Brand & Campaigns is a 1 year contract that has potential to become full time role with the primary function being to assist in driving engagement with our primary target audience. strengthening our brand delivery and increasing our speed to market.
You will support the amplification of our distinct brand voice based on insight driven creative and messaging designed to increase our brand awareness and share of voice, broaden our reach, and break through the market noise, driving meaningful consumer benefits, all while differentiating the Farber Debt Solutions brand in our category.
This is an important cross-functional role requiring collaboration internally (Marketing, Customer Care Sales) and externally (Creative and Media Agency Partners) as your role supports campaign development, management, implementation, and measurement.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for brand compliance and improving marketing processes leading day to day project/campaign communications, agency partner management, and budget management, ensuring integrated alignment across all teams and workstreams.
Major Responsibilities
- Campaign Management-Working cross-functionally in the implementation of marketing campaigns across paid and owned media channels, testing, evaluating performance and collection of actionable insights, supporting campaign optimization and ROI.
- Creative Execution-Support creative concept development for all communications and media types, in collaboration with marketing team and agency partners. Manage the creative briefing process, coordinate creative assets, copy, and stakeholder alignment.
- Operations, Budget & Project Management-Manage day to day contact with our Media AOR agencies with focus on continuous process improvements. Lead the project management process for all campaigns and brand initiatives. Develop and maintain the integrated marketing calendar to deliver a seamless journey across all consumer touch points and provide an organizational snapshot and track KPIs. Manage the marketing budgeting process and monthly BCR reconciliation within the marketing team and in collaboration with finance.
- Brand Implementation-Manage the brand implementation of integrated marketing campaigns in addition to ensuring continuous expansion of our brand guidelines and relevant assets.
The Fit
We're looking for a passionate B2C brand marketer with 4+ years experience with a track record of quantifiable success, who embraces the challenge of brand transformation and has a desire for market disruption. You believe that delivering real customer benefits results in positive business results.
You are skilled marketing project specialist and are all about solutions, prioritizing and juggling many tasks, aligning all involved with your enthusiasm, communication, and time management skills.
You embrace the philosophy of continuous improvement and flawless execution, while possessing the following:
- Proven success with implementation of integrated marketing and lead generation end-to-end campaigns across variety of media channels (PPC, Digital, DOOH, Radio, Video, Web, Social)
- It is a bonus if you have experience working in the consumer finance category
- You have an analytical mindset, with the ability to asses, summarize insights in support of campaign measurement
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- PowerPoint pro and whiz at Word and Excel
- Ability to work well within a team and as an individual contributor as a self-starter
- Proven expertise in time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional organization skills
