Job Description
Eredità Eyewear is seeking a National Account Manager for the Luxury Eyewear Division.
Our brand portfolio includes: Chopard, Philipp Plein, Roberto CAVALLI and John Varvatos.
This is an entrepreneurial opportunity within a fast growing Canadian independent eyewear company and will be critical in the overall growth of EREDITÀ.
This position is highly rewarding for business/personal development and national exposure. The role includes a lot of autonomy to build a lucrative-business and the opportunity to do meaningful work.
Comp package includes:
- Fully commission (elevated)
- Quarterly Bonus structure
- $500k territory with active business
- Travel expense account

GENERAL FUNCTION
The National Account Manager serves as a brand advocate for Eredità Eyewear and supports the President in driving eyewear sales, brand awareness, best practices, providing guidance/leadership to other synergy team members, and helping to drive new business and distribution in the market. The National Account Manager demonstrates superior customer service, achieves/exceeds all sales targets, and maintains the highest of company standards. The National Account Manager embraces a dynamic work environment and is an active collaborator in building a legacy of partnership, value and service.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Proven sales performances, business acumen, and negotiation skills
•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels within the organization.
•Displays high level of integrity and judgment.
•Excellent training and presentation skills.
•Strong ability to problem solve and anticipate challenges in advance while proposing solutions.
•Strong organizational skills and time management.
•Motivated, self-starter.
•Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
•Significant field time required (5 days per week) with overnights dependent on geography (up to 50% travel).
•Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in Canada.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
•BA/BS degree
•3-5 years (min) of direct sales experience with proven track record of results
