Job Summary
The National Accounts Manager is responsible for national and regional marketing efforts via national accounts prospecting, negotiating and closing agreements/contracts, program implementation, reporting and strategic account management to grow the business. The National Accounts Manager will work with insurance claims executives, and franchise owners to build, grow and maintain long-term, profitable relationships within the property and casualty insurance industry.
You Will
- Meet quarterly goals for minimum number of client appointments.
- Responsible for mentoring, training, and coaching the franchise sales team, and assisting in building relationships with target markets as identified in their franchise sales & marketing plan.
- Create relationships at national and regional levels with industry target markets.
- Define and execute a written action plan (regional quarterly plan) including target accounts, client recall, new program implementation, and franchise communication tactics.
- Ensure quarterly client reviews occur and evaluate opportunities via face-to-face, video conferencing, or phone.
- Market the SERVPRO® brand and identify selling opportunities at external marketing meetings (National and Regional industry events)
- Collaborate with the National Accounts Coordinator to target new clients and relationships to develop the assigned province.
- Target account execution with the insurance claims executives, insurance companies, independent adjusters, and insurance brokers using the business development process.
- Complete contact record management (CRM) data via Salesforce and contact entries for monthly review and update market intelligence relevant to each contact.
- Follow objective-to-objective selling process.
- Promote the participation of marketing clubs within provincial areas.
- Complete program implementation for all new clients.
- Gather market intelligence by communicating with franchises on monthly calls.
- Facilitate monthly national conference/team meetings with the franchise community and communicate results and activities, reviewing the marketing progress of each province or local franchise at these meetings.
- Meet with all contract and bulletin clients for national or regional contacts within assigned region.
- Communicate results and activities, reviewing the marketing progress of each area (i.e. annual report, state of the provinces).
- Collaborate with various departments within SERVPRO HQ to help educate and communicate regional efforts and leverage resources for success.
- Facilitate quarterly regional marketing meetings with each province.
You Have
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills are required.
- Strong presentation and communication skills are required.
- Experience managing long sales cycle campaigns and closing sales preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
- Five years in restoration experience required.
- Minimum five years of seasoned relationship-based sales and/or marketing experience required and claims management or property insurance experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in marketing or a related degree.
- Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency, Salesforce experience a plus.
- National or regional level and high dollar sales experience required.
- 50%+ travel as required for business needs.
Salary of CA$122,640.00-159,445.00 (based on experience) plus 30% incentive bonus opportunity.
