Job Description

Ce rôle clé vise à créer, stimuler et maximiser les opportunités de vente dans le domaine de la distribution au détail en deux étapes et du secteur du LBM (Lumber and Building Materials) au Canada. Le gestionnaire sera chargé de l'initiation et de la maximisation des opportunités de produits Henry. La capacité à établir, maintenir et cultiver des relations avec les décideurs clés au niveau des comptes nationaux sera essentielle. Ce poste nécessite une réflexion stratégique, de solides compétences en vente, la capacité de gérer des projets de manière complète, et de gérer / encadrer le personnel commercial ainsi que les groupes de représentants.


Principales tâches:


  • Gérer et développer les ventes existantes des produits Henry auprès des partenaires distributeurs grâce à l'intelligence commerciale, à la créativité et à l'analyse des tendances commerciales.
  • Développer les affaires en anticipant les besoins des clients, en déterminant des solutions appropriées aux problèmes commerciaux, et en offrant un service clientèle de haut niveau.
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des objectifs de vente avec les groupes commerciaux et les représentants à l'échelle divisionnaire et nationale.
  • Élaborer et présenter des prévisions de vente trimestrielles aux clients.
  • Préparer et présenter des présentations sur les programmes, les tendances du marché et les futurs plans de programmes aux sièges sociaux des clients et aux décideurs.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec le marketing, le développement de produits, les finances, les opérations et l'expédition pour assurer un service clientèle fluide.
  • Assister à des réunions clés avec le siège social de l'entreprise pour examiner les programmes, les résultats des ventes, les promotions, les nouvelles introductions de produits, etc.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le développement de produits pour définir les lacunes des programmes et les nouvelles opportunités de marché/produits.

Role Summary:


This key role is designed to create, drive and maximize sales opportunities within the Canadian 2-Step Retail Distribution and LBM channel. Manager will be responsible for initiating and maximizing Henry product opportunities. Ability to establish, maintain and cultivate rapport with key decision makers at national account level will be critical. This position requires strategic thinking, strong selling skills, ability to manage projects completely, and manage/mentor sales personnel as well as rep groups.


Primary Duties:


  • Attend key meeting with corporate headquarters to review programs, sales results, promotions, new product introductions, etc.
  • Manage and grow existing sales of Henry SKU’s with distribution partners through business savvy, creativity, and business and trend analysis.
  • Develop and implement sales goals with sales and rep groups on a divisional and national basis
  • Prepare and present program overviews, market trends and future program plans to Customer headquarters and decision makers.
  • Work closely with product development to define program gaps and new market/product opportunities.
  • Grow business by anticipating customer needs, determining appropriate solutions to business problems, and providing an overall high level of customer service.
  • Work in conjunction with marketing, product development, finance, operations, and shipping to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Develop and deliver quarterly sales forecasts with customers .

Requirements


Éducation et expérience:


  • Maîtrise approfondie de Windows, Word, Excel et Powerpoint.
  • Une maîtrise du français est souhaitable.
  • Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle requis.
  • Expérience antérieure au niveau national ou divisionnaire avec des distributeurs en deux étapes et des centres de matériaux de construction LBM - une expérience minimale de trois ans est requise.


Education and Experience:


  • Previous experience at a national or divisional level with 2-Step Distributors and LBM building centers – three-year minimum experience required
  • Strong proficiency of Windows, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Proficiency in French desirable
  • Bachelor's Degree required
