Coordinator, Distribution - Canada

Summary Of Position
The Coordinator, Sales & Distribution will support all sales activities for the Canada Sales team and the financial performance of sales across all segments of the business. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in a studio setting or has worked in a media environment with existing knowledge of the current and emerging TV landscape. This is a cross-functional role that requires attention to detail and an entrepreneurial and analytical mindset. This role supports the core efforts of the sales team.
Responsibilities

• Title Inventory Management: Manages Franchise and priority title planning and tracks the flow of rights in and rights out for Film & TV
• Analyzes Canadian industry and economic trends including tracking Canadian box office performance to inform key Lionsgate stakeholders
• Works with Sales, Rights and Finance on models and processes and assists with library valuation for international licensing discussions
• Manages contracted and forecast data in Salesforce with Sales team
• Performs ad-hoc analysis for Sales team
• Support day-to-day Sales & Distribution functions including creating local territory initiatives, avails reports, gathering marketing assets, deal flow documents, tracking for legal and financial planning
• Assists with deal analysis of Canada outputs and packages to maximize window opportunities
• Works closely with Sales & FP&A on tracking forecast and budget and provides analysis
• Arrange domestic & international travel and prepare expense reports
• Quality control checks and promotional activity across digital platforms
• Supports strategic solutions to new product or local growth development opportunities including FAST, PVD business
• General office support duties including mail, invoicing, scheduling, track and submit documents for accounts payable, creating and distributing agendas and itineraries, ordering supplies, etc.

Qualifications And Skills

• Works well in dynamic, changing and team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or combination of education and experience preferred
• Salesforce, Tableau, SAP BPC experience a benefit
• Have excellent Powerpoint skills and Excel skills, including creating financial models
• 2-3 years experience in a Studio setting or media environment
• Must have knowledge of TV, Digital, SVOD, AVOD, FAST and linear businesses - relationships with existing clients a benefit
• Must have a working knowledge of the monetization of film & television product
• Based in Toronto and must have unrestricted authorization to work in Canada
• Excellent communication skills required

• Must be highly motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-pasted environment

Compensation
$55,000 - $60,000 CAD
