The Qualifications and Experience with like to see:

Manage overall department process such as debriefing processes, transfers and fleet (5 ton trucks) as required

2 to 3 years of previous experience in a warehouse/delivery environment or in a supervisory role

Previous inventory and cycle count experience is required

Administers performance management in consultation with AOM and Director of Operations .

Supervises hourly warehouse associates on achieving daily performance requirements.

Builds and maintains a strong working relationship with the union through knowledge and understanding of the Collective agreement and communication.

Participates in the setting of objectives and strategies along with daily tactical planning, budgeting and workforce requirements.

2 years leadership experience with a Degree or 3 to 5 years leadership work experience

Numerous time constraints exist in order to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

Work closely with Executive Management, Pipeline Leadership, and Show Supervision team to assess rendering requirements for production and improve rendering pipeline

Knowledge of Deadline or similar farm management tools

At least two (2) years of experience in render farm management at a VFX or animation facility

Create weekly reports of the farm usage and reports to management any render farm issues or recurring job errors

Experience with scripting in PythonExcellent problem-solving skills

Manage a team of render wranglers

Bachelor's degree in administration, supply chain, operations management or an equivalent combination of education and experience;

Identify issues related to the quality and management of the inventory and propose action plans to the manager;

Monitor the productivity of floor clerks, dispatchers, pallet sorters, distributors and team leaders under his charge;

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position;

Good knowledge of the Office suite of applications, particularly Excel;

Assign team members according to the priorities and operational needs of the shift;

Knowledge of smart infrastructure equipment such as automatic feeder switches, remote sensing switching, remote sensing cap banks and other smart equipment

5+ years of overhead and underground distribution engineering experience serving utilities in North America

Knowledge of CSA/IEC/NESC Standards and Codes and major utility Engineering Standards

Knowledge of electrical design including the selection and installation of conductors, insulators, switchgears, circuit breakers, fuses and other distribution equipment

Knowledge of PV’s and EV’s

Document a listing of all equipment inventory.

Centralizing all equipment specification documents and manuals

Identification of a preventative maintenance checks with frequency

Identification of predictive maintenance devices (vibration and temperature

Identify long term major equipment replacement plan.

Align with other resources on equipment standards.

1-3 years of experience in property management or hotel rooms division environments in hotels, resorts, short-term rentals, or real estate industry.

Education: The ideal candidate has a university Electrical Engineering Degree, and has attained a professional engineer designation (P.Eng.).

Experience: 2-3 years of electrical utility work experience is preferred.

Assist in the development and update of engineering processes and procedures to ensure compliance with Ontario Regulation 22/04, Electrical Distribution Safety.

Conduct in-field monitoring and oversight of distribution plant equipment, including substations.

Perform engineering calculations and system modelling studies.
