Listing & Distribution Supervisor (Hotel Reservations Background)

Responsibilities:

• Gather and maintain property information, upload it to the Property Management Software (PMS), and distribute it to different Online Travel Agencies (OTA).
• Maintain regular contact and establish strong relationships with OTA account managers, in collaboration with the Revenue and Distribution Manager.
• Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the department to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Train and onboard new on-shore employees, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits of listings across platforms to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Revenue and Distribution Manager.
• Investigate and resolve issues that arise on OTAs promptly and efficiently.
• Assist administrators in the launch and relaunch of listings on the PMS and OTAs, ensuring accuracy and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to upload photos of new and existing properties, ensuring appealing and high-quality visuals.
• Identify and integrate new OTAs to expand our company's online presence and increase property exposure.
• Monitor guest reviews on a daily and weekly basis to assess the impact on listing performance and initiate relaunches where necessary.

Leadership:

• Assist the Revenue and Distribution Manager in conducting performance appraisals and providing continuous feedback to the team, ensuring alignment with Upstay's culture and values.

Job Requirements:

• College diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Hospitality/Hotel Management.
• 1-3 years of experience in property management or hotel rooms division environments in hotels, resorts, short-term rentals, or real estate industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Google Hangouts, Slack, and familiarity with hotel property management systems (preferred).
