Hotel Managing Supervisor Jobs

1-3 years of experience in property management or hotel rooms division environments in hotels, resorts, short-term rentals, or real estate industry.

College diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Hospitality/Hotel Management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Google Hangouts, Slack, and familiarity with hotel property management systems (preferred).

Maintain regular contact and establish strong relationships with OTA account managers, in collaboration with the Revenue and Distribution Manager.

Train and onboard new on-shore employees, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Revenue and Distribution Manager.

Superior time management and organizational skills

Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on leadership ability

Knowledge of computers including Opera, MS Word, Excel and Internet

Knowledge of health and safety standards

Minimum 3 years housekeeping experience

In the absence of the Housekeeping Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping Department
