What can you expect?
The Hotel Bell Desk Supervisor provides an outstanding guest experience by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the B ell D esk , ensuring quality service and safety standards are met. Anticipating guests' needs and answering questions is an integral part of this position.
This job might be right for you if you think you would really enjoy:
Talking to hotel guests and helping them have the best possible stay at our resort
Overseeing daily Bell Desk operations including luggage transfers and storage & snow removal
Scheduling, training and coaching the concierge team
Driving on-hill tracked vehicles and snowmobiles
Being welcoming and sharing your knowledge about our resort with our guests
Working as part of the hotel supervisory team to ensure operations run smoothly
And You Have
Previous hotel front desk or bellman experience
A Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management (an asset)
Previous supervisory experience
A clean drivers abstract & licence and be over the age of 21 prior to beginning work and the ability to do heavy lifting and stand for long periods
Great communication , problem solving and organisational skills.
