Housekeeping Supervisor Jobs

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Creating legendary guest experiences
• Maintaining productivity and labor costs according to budget
• Providing training, coaching and guidance to housekeeping room attendants
• Complete all required training
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Maintaining the highest of cleanliness standards according to Canalta Standards
• Completion of required paperwork
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Leading the housekeeping team by example at an extremely high level
• Actively work to build a high functioning, motivated and engaged team
• Organizing your time effectively and efficiently

What Our Requirements Are

• Willingness to complete required supervisor training
• Excellent communication skills
• Three years of housekeeping experience
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and overtime
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
