- Oversee the daily operation of the Housekeeping office
- Coordinate administrative support to all areas of the Housekeeping department
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Work closely with all departments within the Rooms Division, communicating regular updates and changes
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiatives
- Ensure housekeeping guest amenities and supplies are well stocked
- Carry out any other tasks as assigned
- Adhere to all hotel environmental policies and initiatives
- Ensure all guest requests are actioned in a timely manner
- Maintain all employee records within the Housekeeping department
- Maintain the security of all room keys and locks
- Self‑motivated, with the ability to make effective decisions
- Demonstrates initiative, and the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Good computer literacy (experience using Property Manager System preferred)
- Proven ability to efficiently delegate tasks amongst colleagues and leaders
- Previous relevant experience an asset (e.g. housekeeping and/or administration within a hotel environment)
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to consistently stand and walk through out shift
