Office Assistant - Facilities Management

The Opportunity

This role is responsible for delivering administrative support tasks relating to locksmith shop record keeping and campus re-key activities. This position will complete data entry and digitize the locksmith’s paper records and complete a records audits on similar systems within the Electronic Security and Locksmith scopes of work.

The Role

• GFMS Account audit and verification
• Participate in device audit and inventory registry
• Update account information and or close inactive accounts
• Consolidate and verify individual records
• Transfer index card records
• Validate and correct records with end users
• Consolidate and enter asset data into system of record
• Validate end user accounts
• Obtain end user agreement document and signatures
• Lockshop records digitization
• Verify content of all GFMS keysets and record
• Complete end user audit

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 Diploma
• Relevant work experience
• Current SAIT student
• No qualifications required
