If you are a talented and experienced Executive Assistant, Aplin has partnered with a well-known, downtown Edmonton – based company to recruit for an integral part of their energetic team.


As the Executive Assistant/Office Manager, you will provide essential support to the General Manager and their extensive staff base.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist staff with general inquiries
  • Manage Agreement and contract processes
  • Provide general administrative support to the office as needed
  • Attend meetings and accurately record meeting minutes
  • Prepare correspondence such as minutes, emails, internal communications, and agendas
  • Coordinate and plan internal and external events
  • Oversee promotional item inventory and distribution


Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Experience thriving in a high-energy, fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, ideally as an Executive Assistant
  • A dedicated team player and self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, technical writing, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
