Job Description

Our wonderful, well-established Real Estate client is looking to add an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to their tight-knit, family run company located in Mission, Calgary.


The ideal candidate will be an administrative wizard, bringing ample experience in all aspects of office support, ranging from reception and IT to event planning and calendar management. This person will be proactive in nature, have a keen eye for detail, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.


This role is perfect for an enthusiastic, zealous, and high-energy individual looking to join a collaborative team that is passionate about the work they do while embodying the company values.


Duties and Responsibilities:


The key job functions are:

  • Ordering and keeping a running inventory of all office supplies and equipment
  • Setting up office technology (phones/computers) and liaising with third party IT providers
  • Drafting and editing legal documents, templates, and contracts
  • Developing and documenting company polices/procedures
  • Administratively supporting all executive team members (calendar management, travel arrangements, internal/external correspondence, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Proofing external communication and managing electronic documents requiring third party signatures
  • Coordinating company events
  • Organizing incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
  • Maintaining office appearance and cleanliness


Education:

  • Post-secondary in Business Administration or related field is preferred


Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • High proficiency in all MS Office applications and Adobe
  • Comfortable and efficient with office technology


Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ progressive administrative experience
  • Event Planning experience is an asset
  • Property Management experience is an asset
  • Office Management and/or Executive Assistant experience is preferred

Base Salary: $60,000 – 70,000 per year

  • Full benefits package included


Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week


Remote Work:

  • This position is not remote. You are required to be on site.


Additional Notes:

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
