Description
Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with exceptional administrative skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting executives and ensuring the smooth operation of an office? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an EA/Office Coordinator at our Nisku office!
At Michels Canada we value efficiency, teamwork, and a well-organized office environment. As the EA/Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our executives and team members, ensuring that our office runs seamlessly. Your attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and strong communication skills will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist with event planning and coordination.
- Act as a liaison between executives, team members, and external stakeholders.
- Handle various administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence and preparing reports.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, efficient, and well-maintained.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executives in the company.
- Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Expert proficiency with all MS Suite programs with extensive experience in calendar scheduling and spreadsheet management.
- 6+ years in Executive Assistant or Office Manager positions, with similar duties as listed above.
- Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Office Management, or another similar program.
- Highly detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and through written language (by hand and digitally) in English.
