Role

The person who fills this role will be accountable for all aspects of the day-to-day housekeeping operations to include

As a Housekeeping Manager , you will contribute to the overall success of our community by fostering an environment of cooperation and teamwork, leading and mentoring a team of Housekeepers, and ensuring quality of service.

• Have experience with scheduling
• Have knowledge and experience with infection control and an interest in expanding the infection control procedures
• Have a sound understanding of overall operations as well as budgets
• Use creativity and innovation to solve problems
• Bringing forth new systems that will efficiently and effectively propel operations beyond industry standards
• Further, develop auditing processes to change as departmental needs change
• Departmental goal setting that engages renowned operations
• Clear vision with focus, courage, integrity, honesty, and humility as the cornerstone of leadership for this position

Requirements

• Must have flexible availability to include weekend coverage
• Have a “can-do” attitude towards their work and be passionate about maintaining a five-star site appearance
• Have at least two years of experience managing a team
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or combined equivalent of education and experience
• Be proficient with computers, including multiple programs.
