Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and mentor dealers, providing instruction, assigning duties, and evaluating performance.
  • Participate in casino and marketing initiatives and promote events.
  • Monitor table floats and determines the outcomes and game irregularities.
  • Ensure excellence in customer service and collaborate with the casino team.
  • Stay on top of company policies and procedures, provincial and local regulations for casino operations.


What You Bring


  • One to two years of experience in a supervisory position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A natural leader who leads by example and encourages collaboration, enthusiasm, and engagement.
  • Minimum one to two years? experience as a dealer of Blackjack and Baccarat.
  • Deal Us In Phase I & II training available (Alberta).
  • Detail-focused with exceptional time-management and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of Pai Gow, Roulette, Poker and other casino games is an asset.
  • Enjoy working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proactive in preventing and resolving high-pressure situations with ease.
