Reports player’s gaming activity to management

Coach and provide support to front line associates to help bring their skills to the next level

Communicates information on suspicious table activity to the manager.

To look out for the safety of yourself, co-workers and to follow all Health and Safety requirements in the workplace.

1-2 years’ experience in the casino industry.

Knowledge of various computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).

Attention to detail and excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Coordinates and participates in career fairs.

Assists with the generation of various analytics reports and HR metrics.

Supports positive employee and labour relations by providing advice and guidance to employees.

Generate feedback from Tables staff and communicate feedback to management.

Work closely with department managers, staff, and external regulatory authorities to ensure the smooth operation of the gaming floor.

Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of gaming regulatory policies.

Minimum three years of gaming experience or dealing a variety of games.

Detail-focused with exceptional time-management and multitasking skills.

One to two years of experience in a supervisory position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
