Operations Manager- New Us Startup Hotel Company

A newly established, US based hospitality company that is focused on fully serviced short-term rental apartments and unfurnished long-term rentals is in search of a strong Operations Manager to launch their expansion into Canada by opening and overseeing a new location in Montreal, and eventually taking over a second new location in Quebec City.

The Operations Manager will be the first hire outside of the US! Since its inception in 2019, the company has grown exponentially, currently managing 13 apartments and hotels in the United States, with plans for continued growth. As such, they are looking for motivated individuals to join their dynamic team and be part of 'the future of hospitality.'

Required Qualifications:

• Exceptional technology proficiency
• Canadian work authorization and ability to travel frequently from Montreal to Quebec City
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in hotel management
• Ability to exercise sound judgment for effective problem-solving
• Experience with cost control and managing an operating budget
• Positive team leadership abilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Exceptional communication and guest service skills
