Who are we?

We are a fast-growing automotive inspection marketplace based in Eastern Canada, Montreal. We launched the platform two years ago to connect inspection demanders (our customers) and suppliers (inspectors) everywhere in Canada. We work together with one goal: to become the #1 inspection platform in North America. We have just closed our pre-seed round 🚀

We are looking for an Office Manager who :

THE POSITION


As an Executive Assistant, your role will involve the following:

  • Managing various recurring and non-recurring tasks in administration and marketing.
  • Supporting executives.
  • Handling confidential matters with the utmost care and discretion.


In a few words, you'll be the founders' right-hand man-woman.

What will you do


Administrative

  • Assist the executives with accountability (help our accountant with bookkeeping etc.), HR (payroll, recruitment, online job posting), customer billing, new employee onboarding, and filling grants.
  • Filling out forms (grants, shreds, etc.)
  • Organize team buildings


Other temporary missions

  • Website translations
  • Other assignments as needed
  • Website editings
  • Assist the Customer Service Representative when needed
  • Team building organization
  • Social media postings

PROFILE WANTED


Requirements

  • Rigorousness, organization, reliability, thoroughness
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify alternative solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English). Ability to accurately translate documents. French: good capacity. English: excellent capacity.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, to be positive and professional
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work simultaneously on several projects.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with acute attention to detail
  • Bachelor degree


Additional requirements


  • Experience in a similar role
  • Basic notions in Marketing
  • Experience with marketing tools (Canva, WordPress, copywriting)


TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  • Work days: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
  • Job type: Full-time and permanent.
  • Flexible working policy.
  • Annual Salary (full-time): $50,000 - $60,000, depending on your skills and experiences.
  • Hybrid (at the office and remote)
  • Ability to come at least two days per week to the offices in Montreal.
  • Three weeks of vacation.
