About the Job

As a Co-Founder responsible for new initiatives, you will serve as an enabler and a lead contributor to long horizon projects within the organization. You will help design and develop technical strategies and operational roadmaps of PAI programs. This role will provide you with challenges that will help you grow your technical leadership as well as management skills. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of technology experts in solving pressing challenges in the industry.

Basic Qualification

• University degree in STEM or equivalent credible experience
• Solid skills to take on new initiatives in technically challenging projects
• Ability to work on critical timelines and likely under a high degree of uncertainty
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to develop technical roadmap and execute them with the team

Bonus Points

• Portfolio of past projects will make you stand out of the crowd
• Past experience programming in a technology industry is a plus
• Past experience in developing and shipping software products is a plus
