XARIIA is developing an innovative solution to revolutionize the fashion industry by automating the time-consuming pattern print design process with an image-generating AI that creates custom designs in seconds based on customer-selected parameters, which generates designs that are tailored to the brand's design needs and market segment by utilizing forecasted and data-driven fashion trends, reducing design process turnaround time and cost (development, design, OPS, HR), and allowing the customer to view the design in real-time (2D + 3D + AR), thereby providing a superior customer experience.

We are looking for exceptional talent where brilliant software developer meets entrepreneur. You will be responsible for creating and executing the technology roadmap within the company. The ideal person for this role will have a strategic mindset and experience growing and developing technology.

You love coding and are eager to dig into the work.

You have a high degree of user empathy and actively seek to test, learn and iterate based on user feedback.

As the visionary and the AI lead of XARIIA, your responsibilities include:

• Lead and guide engineering, design, and use resources as required to deliver the product roadmap.
• Ready to learn the technology that's needed for the product.
• Build integrations with our industry partners and 3rd party providers.
• Remains flexible and is ready for scale.
• Devise a disciplined, agile development process, striking the right balance between rapid iteration and well-tested code.
• Build native apps that meet industry needs and expectations.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree (preferred)

The candidate should have experience as a full-stack developer with a deep knowledge of programming, coding, cloud-based infrastructure, and software architecture design.

The candidate should have experience in product development, have a perspective on startups, and possibly have worked with a start-up in the past.

Type: Full-time

Supplemental Pay:
