We aim to provide performance-driven solutions for businesses and organizations using reliable and efficient digital strategies in order to promote Africa’s Growth and Development. We also aim to promote the growth of society by producing high-performing software solutions and businesses that address challenges within our environments, as well as empowering interested members of the society with valuable skills through training to help develop the African Economy.

We are seeking Cofounders for some of our subsidiaries, (Each subsidiary shall be described and explained to applicants at a later stage and they operate across various sectors). The cofounders shall together with the TenPlus team, join us in building this set of opportunities, contributing various levels of skills, expertise, and resources in the process. Of course, they shall own these businesses as well in the form of Equities. They can be from any Part of the World, but preferably from Africa or have an interest in Africa markets. Kindly note that some of these companies shall involve unique production of their solutions, towards challenging other top companies in other parts of the world, and not merely introducing businesses that already exist elsewhere in the world down to Africa.

Our solutions stand out and offer great and unique value propositions due to Innovative Technological Features & Tools, Unique Architectural Designs & Structures, Creative & Effective Marketing Strategies, and Excellent Customer Support. They are AI-supported to securely & intelligently automate processes & decision-making.

We are modeling businesses that compete with others within their niche, towards various prestigious awards & recognitions. All our business offerings are aimed at becoming One of the Best in the World & The Best in Africa.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Set Key-Performance Indicators (KPIs).

2. Supervising the set of teams responsible for the Research and Development of the companies.

3. Bring in their wealth of expertise developing unique solutions for economies. This expertise may range from software development, sales and marketing, business operations, business management, human resources, project management, in-depth knowledge about the particular business in question, etc.

4. May be part of the Research and Development team (though not compulsory, unless when they choose to).

5. Propose and Adopt various strategies for raising funds for the solutions.

6. Leverage their networks for resources relevant to the development of companies they shall be cofounding with our team.

7. Help in setting up the Operational team and Strategy at launch periods.

8. May be part of the Operational or Management team of the companies when launched.

9. Be part of the Board of Directors taking key decisions for the business.

QUALIFICATIONS

We need people with experience solving business problems & have a keen eye for anticipating business risks. They can be from any Part of the World, but preferably from Africa or have an interest in Africa, We also need cofounders who should be experienced or licensed practitioners in their fields.

Potential co-founders must be passionate about African development & will be expected to actively work together & become proud co-owners of the distinct business offerings. They will be expected to actively manage & steer them into globally successful companies. The ultimate mission & vision are to build these startups into successful global companies delivering improved, innovative & tech-driven solutions (annually) to happy & proud consumers directly at attractive prices, having them rave about it.

Lastly, we want people who are Leaders, get others excited about the vision, are accountable, proactive, demonstrate ownership, raise capital, skilled in growth hacking & startup development to quickly scale & bring innovative products to market. Fellow co-founders will have full liberty to set business directions according to their experiences.
