We are on a mission to help users find authentic connections through engaging video content. We are currently searching for a skilled and entrepreneurial Technical Co-Founder to join our executive team and guide the technical direction of our rapidly expanding company. The perfect candidate will possess a solid background in software engineering, experience in developing scalable applications, and a passion for crafting groundbreaking solutions that revolutionize the online dating space.

Responsibilities:

• Implement best practices in software development, quality assurance, and DevOps to ensure the prompt delivery of high-quality products
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders to optimize resources and achieve strategic goals
• Engage closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and marketing, to create and implement innovative features and enhancements
• Collaborate with the founding team to outline and execute the company's technical vision and strategy
• Actively participate in fundraising efforts, including crafting pitch decks, networking with investors, and presenting at industry events
• Develop and manage the engineering budget, efficiently allocating resources to maximize ROI
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, security best practices, and relevant regulations
• Direct the design, development, and maintenance of IRLY's platform, guaranteeing stability, scalability, and a seamless user experience
• Assemble, manage, and mentor a top-performing engineering team devoted to delivering best-in-class technology solutions
• Track industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and competitive edge

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, including mobile and web application development
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Comprehensive knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven success in leading engineering teams in the creation and maintenance of large-scale, complex applications
• Experience with video streaming, real-time communication, or dating platforms is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
