Music Distribution Coordinator Jobs

Strong project management and organizational skills allowing successful execution of multiple projects on different timelines.

Manages the TSO’s commissioning budget including fee installments, copying costs, travel expenses, etc. and new project offers/plans.

Manages all logistical and contractual aspects of the TSO’s contemporary music initiatives and the TSO Chamber Soloists series.

Assists the Artistic Administration Manager with artist servicing for visiting composers and guest artists participating in chamber music, as required.

Manages cross-departmentally and upwards to ensure timely and accurate task completion.

Computer proficiency (Google Workspace); experience with OPAS (Orchestra Planning and Administration System) an asset.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or combination of education and experience preferred

Must have knowledge of TV, Digital, SVOD, AVOD, FAST and linear businesses - relationships with existing clients a benefit

Salesforce, Tableau, SAP BPC experience a benefit

Manages contracted and forecast data in Salesforce with Sales team

Works with Sales, Rights and Finance on models and processes and assists with library valuation for international licensing discussions

2-3 years experience in a Studio setting or media environment

·Proficient experience with standard applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom, Slack, and Google Docs

·Strong oral and written communication skills

·Assist with daily administrative tasks (registering content, updating calendars, updating facts sheets, etc)

·Tracking and reconciling budgets using Excel

·Keep artist platforms updated (social media, website, music streaming profiles)

·Coordinating the creation and release of physical products (CD & vinyl manufacturing, cloth merchandise)

Assist in the management with signature partnerships.

Manage various partnerships with minimal supervision.

Develop and manage individual partner budgets.

Collaborate closely with all other departments to fulfill responsibilities, communicate and collaborate.

Previous experience in corporate sales or service, promotional marketing or event marketing

Sponsorship experience (agency, client, or property side) is an asset

Have knowledge of transportation management software such as “Road net” (asset)

Establish and manage the schedule for the drivers

Take action to meet delivery requirements, solve issues and order errors and complaints

Have a college diploma in transportation or logistics, or a combination of relevant experience and training

Have relevant work experience in transport and distribution

Experience and/or training as a dispatcher (asset)
